On January 8, 2024, the TV drama *Our Interpreter*, for which TYGlobe Entertainment Law provided full-process legal services, officially premiered simultaneously on Hunan Satellite TV and Mango TV. Immediately upon the finalization of its broadcast schedule, the drama garnered numerous positive reviews. As the legal counsel for the drama, the TYGlobe Entertainment Law team has devoted full efforts to providing solid legal safeguards for the legal services relating to the drama.
*DogMan* is directed by internationally renowned director Luc Besson and stars Caleb Landry Jones, winner of the Best Actor Award at the Cannes Film Festival. The film was shortlisted for the Main Competition section of the 80th Venice International Film Festival. It tells the story of the protagonist Douglas, who after suffering repeated devastation by fate, rediscovers himself and rises up to fight back through the love of dogs, with a Douban rating as high as 8.1. The film will be released across China on December 15, 2023, with the promotional slogan "Humans and dogs form a team, launch a high-powered battle!". On December 10, 2023, the China premiere ceremony of *DogMan* was held at Shanghai Cinema SHO.
On September 21, 2023, Shanghai TYGlobe Law Firm and the School of Humanities and Law of Jiaxing University held a signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement. The ceremony was presided over by Tong Jianhua, Vice Dean of the School of Humanities and Law of Jiaxing University. Zhou Tao, Director and Managing Partner of Shanghai TYGlobe Law Firm, and Tong Jianhua, Vice Dean of the School of Humanities and Law of Jiaxing University, delivered speeches respectively as representatives of the two parties. Subsequently, the two representatives signed the cooperation agreement in the joint presence of all attendees from both sides. In the meantime, the School of Humanities and Law of Jiaxing University appointed three lawyers from our firm, Zhou Tao, Lyu Zhongyi and Sun Qihui, as part-time faculty members of the school and issued appointment letters to them. This cooperation will strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between the two parties in aspects including legal theory and practice, legal talent cultivation, and joint Party building between universities and enterprises. On the evening of the same day, the three lawyers Zhou Tao, Lyu Zhongyi and Sun Qihui delivered a lecture themed "Random Talk on Entertainment Law" at the classroom of Renxin Building of Jiaxing University. The lecture was presided over by Qu Zhenglin, Vice Dean of the School of Humanities and Law, with more than 90 students of the school in attendance. Starting with the challenges faced by overseas film and television companies entering the mainland market, Lawyer Zhou Tao gave a vivid introduction to the evolution process of China's entertainment law. Lawyer Lyu Zhongyi shared with the audience the content of "What is Entertainment Law" and the brief development history of entertainment law in the United States. From three perspectives of "performance brokerage contracts", Lawyer Sun Qihui helped the audience intuitively understand the connotation and denotation of such contracts as well as relevant key legal issues. This lecture lifted the veil of entertainment law for the students of the School of Humanities and Law, and came to a successful conclusion in warm applause.
Recently, the TV series *Glory of Our Fathers* is being broadcast to widespread popularity in the prime time slot of CCTV-1. Its viewership rating surpassed 1% on the premiere date, and peaked at 4.3346%. The TYGlobe Entertainment Law Team has dedicated full professional efforts to providing legal services and solid safeguards for the aforesaid TV series.
On the evening of August 11, 2023, the TV series *Ice and Snow Sharp Knife Company*, for which the TYGlobe Entertainment Law Team provided special legal services, premiered during prime time on CCTV-1. After the audience rating of its first episode exceeded 1%, the series had maintained an audience rating above 1% for seven consecutive days as of August 18. The series is currently on air with widespread popularity.
