Shanghai TYGlobe Law Firm is a comprehensive law firm established upon the approval of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice, located in the Qiantan Business District of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Junior Lawyer / Legal Intern

【Position Description】

1. Work Location: Beijing; the incumbent shall report to the partners of TYGlobe's Shanghai headquarters.

2. Participate in the enterprise contract review process, and have the opportunity to understand the complete business process of the film and television industry;

3. Respond to daily legal consultations for enterprises, and provide theoretical support at the non-litigation level covering risk control and legal aspects for the business development of enterprises.

4. Assist the lawyer team in providing legal support on litigation for enterprises;

5. Assist the lawyer team in handling other legal affairs related to Company Law business.

【Job Requirements】

1. Bachelor's degree or above in law from a prestigious university in China or abroad.

2. Excellent academic performance in professional courses during schooling, with a keen interest in the fields of Entertainment Law / Company Law.

3. At least one year of work experience in a law firm or in corporate legal practice; priority shall be given to candidates holding a Lawyer's Practice Certificate (the requirement on length of work experience may be relaxed for exceptionally outstanding candidates);

4. Shall possess good communication skills, solid theoretical foundation in law, as well as strong capabilities in logical thinking, communication and expression, and organization and coordination;

5. Be able to use English as a working language, and possess sound competence in English listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation;

6. Have a strong sense of teamwork and the ability to perform well under a certain degree of pressure.
