From 14:00 to 17:00 on the afternoon of May 25, 2023, upon the conclusion of the final closing course *The Evolution of China's Entertainment Law* delivered by Lawyer Zhou Tao, Director and Managing Partner of TYGlobe Law Firm, a total of 6 trainees of the second session of TYGlobe Academy officially completed their training programs.

"TYGlobe Academy" is a training program for young lawyers initiated and organized internally by TYGlobe Law Firm. Lawyer Zhou Tao, Director and Managing Partner of Shanghai TYGlobe Law Firm, serves as its President, and the program is undertaken by the Training Department of TYGlobe.

Yuge Academy provides training for young lawyers newly recruited to the TYGlobe team under a batch-based training model, which integrates knowledge input through learning and knowledge output through comprehension. By means of sharing and imparting of practical experience by senior lawyers and real-time presentation of acquired knowledge by trainees, the Academy is dedicated to cultivating the basic practical competence as well as public speaking and communication capabilities of young lawyers. It not only helps young lawyers quickly adapt to the working environment and get acquainted with other team members upon their entry into the law firm, but also enables them to develop a rapid understanding of various practice areas within a short period, thereby tapping into their own potential and identifying their areas of interest, and laying a solid foundation for a smooth start of their future legal career.

TYGlobe Academy launched its first training program from February to June 2022, which coincided with the COVID-19 lockdown period in Shanghai. During this period, partners and the 14 young lawyer trainees of the first cohort supported each other to tide over the difficulties, and made full use of their home stay time during the lockdown to accumulate knowledge and achieve self-improvement. Following the conclusion of the first training program, the training mode and effectiveness of TYGlobe Academy received unanimous praise from all trainees.

In October 2022, the second phase of training was carried out in line with the spirit of the first phase, with a total of more than 20 training courses covering multiple fields including young lawyer professional development, legal research, investment and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), family wealth risk management, and entertainment law.

Following the successful conclusion of the "Final Session", three trainee representatives presented course completion reports in light of their respective areas of expertise.

Lawyer Tan Bo elaborated on the key points of contract compliance management based on one legal maxim and six cases. The detailed content and vivid delivery of his lecture received enthusiastic feedback from the trainees. Lawyer Tan also stated that the completion of the training is not an end, but the starting point for going out to serve clients. Lawyers of TYGlobe will leverage the knowledge and skills accumulated during the training to launch a series of client-oriented enterprise compliance lectures, so as to better provide comprehensive services to clients.

Lawyer Zhou Xiaoyan shared her work insights at TYGlobe and future career plans. Meanwhile, drawing on her own professional experience, she sorted out the pain points and corresponding solutions for lawyers in client service work. Her humorous style won rounds of applause from the trainees on site.

Attorney Zhao Jie, combining the gains from his study period, focused on introducing his understanding and insights on trademark use in trademark infringement cases. His professional style and succinct expression immediately brought the on-site trainees into an immersive thinking mode.

After the trainees completed their report presentations, Lawyer Zhou Tao, Director and Managing Partner of TYGlobe Law Firm, delivered a closing speech for the training program, in which he expressed ardent expectations for the growth of the lawyer trainees of TYGlobe Academy. Subsequently, Lawyer Guo Yongying and Lawyer Wu Xiaoli from the Training Department of TYGlobe Academy laid out the arrangements for the rollout of the next session of TYGlobe Young Lawyer Training Program.

At the end of the closing ceremony, Lawyer Zhou Tao presented certificates of completion to the trainees who have finished the second session of TYGlobe Academy and took a group photo with all attendees. The closing ceremony of the second session of TYGlobe Academy was successfully concluded in a pleasant atmosphere.
