On September 1, 2023, the third session of TYGlobe Academy officially commenced.

Yuge Academy is a practice-oriented learning base focused on capacity building. Committed to creating a sound learning environment, it provides TYGlobe lawyers with top-quality legal education resources and practical opportunities. Yuge Academy not only attaches great importance to the cultivation of legal knowledge and practical competence, but also places greater emphasis on shaping personal character and moral integrity.

The 3rd Session of TYGlobe Academy was held offline at TYGlobe's Shanghai Head Office, while colleagues from the Beijing Branch Office and Shenzhen Branch Office attended the session online. TYGlobe partners Lawyer Guo Yongying and Lawyer Wu Xiaoli, Lawyer Shen Kui, Director of TYGlobe Office, and Min Tingting, Administrative Partner of TYGlobe, were present at the session.

Lawyer Guo Yongying introduced the original purpose for the establishment of TYGlobe Academy. Lawyer Wu Xiaoli and Administrative Partner Min Tingting demonstrated the curriculum plan of TYGlobe Academy for the coming year as well as the use of the law firm's OA system to all attendees. Lawyer Shen Kui introduced the provisions on lawyer conflict of interest.

Lawyer Zhou Tao, Director of TYGlobe and Dean of TYGlobe Academy, was invited to address the opening ceremony. Lawyer Zhou introduced the basic overview and development trajectory of the law firm, held discussions and exchanges on the growth path of young lawyers, and shared his experience and insights in legal practice.

The establishment of TYGlobe Academy provides rich and comprehensive professional knowledge training for each cohort of newly recruited trainees. It not only offers extremely valuable opportunities for young lawyers to learn, share and exchange ideas, but also provides a rare platform for young lawyers to showcase their capabilities.

All of them unanimously stated that in their future study and practice, they will have the courage to engage in practice, continuously discover their own potential, challenge themselves, surpass themselves and achieve self-fulfillment, translate the knowledge they have acquired into their own legal practice competencies, and grow into lawyers with superb professional expertise at an early date.
