I. Public Salaried Lawyer:

(I) Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling litigation cases and non-litigation cases assigned by the law firm.

2. Responsible for assisting in the handling of public affairs of TYGlobe Law Firm.

(II) Scope of Work:

1. Litigation Practice Orientation: Responsible for preliminary drafting and review of litigation and arbitration documents, and assist in a range of work including laws and regulations retrieval, evidence collation, collection of property clues, drafting and delivery of lawyer's letters, property preservation, case filing, attendance at court hearings and enforcement.

2. Non-litigation Direction: Participate in the special legal service work arranged by the law firm.

3. Assist in handling public affairs assigned by other law firms.

(III) Application Requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in law, holding a Lawyer's Practicing Certificate of China and possessing relevant practice experience.

2. Be of good moral character, scrupulously abide by professional ethics, and have no record of adverse industry disciplinary sanctions;

3. Possess a solid legal foundation, together with sound logical thinking ability, language expression and communication competence, and writing skills.

4. Identify with the development philosophy of the law firm, possess sound team communication skills, and be capable of working under high pressure.

5. Have a certain understanding of and interest in the practice areas of Intellectual Property Rights and Entertainment Law;

6. Priority will be given to candidates who hold the Patent Agent Qualification Certificate.

II. Commission-based Lawyers:

Job Requirements:

1. Priority shall be given to applicants who have graduated from prestigious law schools in China and abroad and hold a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, with no restriction on their areas of legal specialization.

2. Shall have at least 1 to 2 years of work experience in a law firm or the legal affairs department of a company;

3. The candidate shall hold a valid Chinese Lawyer's Practice Certificate and have no adverse practice record. Priority will be given to those who have also obtained foreign bar admission.

4. It has well-developed practice areas and competent professional service capabilities.

5. Be honest and rigorous, diligent in professional research, have a good sense of teamwork and strong communication competence, and be capable of working under high work pressure.

Job Description:

1. Undertake cases from self-sourced case sources or cases assigned by the law firm, and be entitled to proportional commission no lower than the prevailing industry standard, with the specific proportion subject to detailed consultation.

2. Capable of handling cases independently, with no less than one year of independent legal practice experience; this requirement may be relaxed for applicants with stable case sources.
