I. Trainee Lawyer:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Drafting of legal documents, collection and sorting of evidence materials, case follow-up, retrieval of judicial precedents, laws and regulations, assistance in negotiation, and assistance in court hearings and case handling;

2. Legal retrieval and research, as well as the drafting of legal research articles;

3. Participate in legal due diligence for non-litigation projects, and assist supervising lawyers in completing the drafting and proofreading of legal opinions.

4. Assist the supervising lawyer in communicating and coordinating relevant matters with clients and judges;

5. Assist the supervising lawyer in handling other work matters.

Job Requirements:

1. Hold a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Law, and shall be either a fresh graduate or a candidate with internship experience at a law firm;

2. Possess sound communication and presentation skills as well as strong learning capabilities;

3. Shall be willing to pursue long-term development in legal work and acquire knowledge in new fields;

4. Shall be of upright conduct, meticulous in work, and conscientious and responsible;

5. TYGlobe Law Firm may handle the relevant formalities for those who have passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination and meet the application requirements for trainee lawyers.

II. Public Salaried Lawyers:

Job Description:

1. Assist the lead counsel in handling relatively complex cases including litigation cases, execution objection cases and execution objection action cases.

2. Pursuant to the requirements of the case-handling lawyer, assist in the work of investigation and evidence collection.

3. Participate in the team's case plan analysis meetings and seminars;

4. Assist the lead counsel in conducting commercial negotiations;

5. Assist in handling intellectual property rights-related and other civil and commercial cases;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the lead attorney, and possess sound legal research competence.

Job Requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in law, holding a lawyer's practice certificate and possessing relevant legal practice experience;

2. Be of good moral character, scrupulously abide by professional ethics, and have no record of adverse industry disciplinary sanctions;

3. Possess a solid legal foundation, together with sound logical thinking ability, language expression and communication competence, and writing skills.

4. Identify with the development philosophy of TYGlobe Law Firm, possess sound team communication capabilities, and be able to withstand heavy work pressure.

III. Commission-Based Lawyer:

Job Requirements:

1. Priority shall be given to applicants who have graduated from prestigious law schools in China and abroad and hold a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, with no restriction on their areas of legal specialization.

2. Shall have at least 1 to 2 years of work experience in a law firm or the legal affairs department of a company;

3. The candidate shall hold a valid Chinese Lawyer's Practice Certificate and have no adverse practice record. Priority will be given to those who have also obtained foreign bar admission.

4. It has well-developed practice areas and competent professional service capabilities.

5. Be honest and rigorous, diligent in professional research, have a good sense of teamwork and strong communication competence, and be capable of working under high work pressure.

Job Description:

1. Undertake cases from self-sourced case sources or cases assigned by the law firm, and be entitled to proportional commission no lower than the prevailing industry standard, with the specific proportion subject to detailed consultation.

2. Capable of handling cases independently, with no less than one year of independent legal practice experience; this requirement may be relaxed for applicants with stable case sources.

3. The law firm provides sound publicity and development platforms as well as well-established cooperation and exchange mechanisms.

4. No fixed on-site attendance is required. The office boasts convenient transport access and a superior office environment.
